not happy! Return your handkerchief purchase within 14 days of receipt and
we will gladly refund your purchase price. (At times we may substitute the
same or better quality hankies on the rare occasion of
shortages.) Shipping and custom poetry cards are not refundable.
Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receiving it. It must be in saleable condition and packed for return shipping the same way you received it, i.e. plastic wrap and paper cushioning. Please also include a copy of your invoice and reason for return. Your account will be credited for the invoice amount, less shipping and handling. Custom poetry cards are not refundable.
