- What are the prices of the different hankies?

- Do you sell men?s handkerchiefs?
Yes we do. Click on the ?All Men?s? link on the left side of your screen in the pink area see our men?s

- When is the best time to give out these hankies with poetry?
My feeling is that if you want to give the hankies with the poem in the gift box it is best to give them a day or so before the wedding. Most brides give them to family and friends during the rehearsal dinner or a bridal shower. If you give the hanky gift boxed just before the wedding most people won?t open the box or have time to read the poem. Also, if they do read the poem, you know, especially your mom, will cry and mess up her make up? If you are giving the hanky unboxed and just handing the hanky to your mom or bridesmaids then just before the wedding is fine.
- Where are your handkerchiefs made?
We import our hankies from Europe, mostly Switzerland and Germany. Our hankies are very nice quality, gifts you will be proud to give! And we carry hankies at a price for every budget.
- I need something very special that can be passed on to a child, do you have something for me?

- I've been looking for handkerchiefs in department stores and they seem very expensive, why is this?
Lace handkerchiefs must be imported from around the world as they are not made in the United States. Shipping and customs taxes add to the retail cost of handkerchiefs. Nice lace can be expensive and labor costs are high. It really depends on where the handkerchiefs are made, some handkerchiefs that are made in China are less expensive because their labor costs are less and are made from less expensive materials. A handkerchief that is made in Europe will usually be more expensive, but it will certainly be of a higher quality. All of our hankies are imported from Europe and are of the finest quality. We keep our prices down for our customers and you won?t find this quality of handkerchiefs anywhere else for less!

- Do you offer custom handkerchief embroidery?
Yes, New Beginnings specializes in handkerchief embroidery. We can embroider up to 4 lines of custom lettering in each corner, 19 characters across. - I noticed you have some hankies that already have family and attendant names
embroidered on them that come stock, can I have more custom embroidery put on the hanky?
Yes, we have a category of stock ?family and attendant? hankies, if you want more embroidery it will be put on the opposite corner from the stock lettering. For example, If you order a wedding date on a stock ?Mother of the Bride? hanky the date will be put in the opposite corner. If you want ?Mother of the Bride? and the wedding date on the same corner you should order it on a hanky that doesn?t already have ?Mother of the Bride? on it. - How many wedding poems are there?
More than 100, and remember you can personalize any of them for your particular wedding poetry needs. You can even write your own original poem, we?ll print it! Click here to go to the poetry search page.
- What if I can?t find just the right poem for someone?
No problem! For a $5.00 service charge per poem card, Step 2-3 of the ordering process allows you to change and personalize any of New Beginnings poems, or you can even write your own original poem. We will print anything you want, add names dates or change the verses, it?s really up to you! We also offer gift packaging without a card.
- Can I have my hanky gift boxed without a poem card?
Yes, at Step 2 of the ordering process where you are asked to choose a poem, click on the drop down
arrow to see a list of poems, at the top you?ll see an option for ?gift box only, no poem?.
- Do you have poems to the bride and groom also?

- Can I submit a poem to be printed that is in another language?
Yes. Please also submit the translation via our contact form for our formatting reference.

- How do I order hankies?
On the left of your screen you can click on the ?Shop by Price? link or the Shop by Style? link. On the hanky category page pick a collection, i.e., lace, embroidered design, etc. where you?ll see small hanky pictures, prices and descriptions. Click on any small hanky picture to go to a larger picture of that hanky and it?s ordering page. Follow the numbered steps to order that hanky and make poem and embroidery choices. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- What if I need my hankies fast?
We know this may be a last minute item for you, that?s why we specialize in getting your hankies to you quickly. All New Beginnings on line orders ship (leave our facility) within 3 business days, sometimes sooner. For a $5.00 service charge we will give your U.P.S. ground service order priority status and it will be guaranteed to ship (leave our facility) the next business day. You may also request U.P.S. 1 day, 2 day, or 3 Day delivery service which is an additional charge added to your bill. All 1, 2, and 3 day UPS service orders ship within 1 business day. - Can I have my hankies sent to my P.O. Box?
No. U.P.S. will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
- Will I have to be home to accept delivery?
No. U.P.S. will leave a parcel at your door, unless you tell us to tell them specifically not to. We
recommend that if possible, you have your hankies sent to your work place if you will not be home to
accept delivery. And, frequently U.P.S. delivers to a business address 1 day sooner than to a residential address.
- Can I have my hankies sent to my work place?
Yes! If you or someone else won?t be home to receive your U.P.S. package it is a good idea to have your order sent to your work place if at all possible. And, frequently UPS delivers to a business address 1 day sooner than to a residential address.
- How much is the shipping charge?

- How long does it take UPS to get my ?Ground Service? hanky order delivered to me?
It depends on where your order is destined. We are in Georgia so if you are on the east coast it can sometimes just be 1 day after the order leaves our facility. If you are on the west coast then it takes about 5 business days to be delivered to you. Click here for more shipping price information.
